I’m a one-person operation, so I keep returns simple. If something arrives damaged or not as described, email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I’ll either replace it (if possible) or refund you. For all other returns, I handle things on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out — I want you to be happy with your order, but I also need to keep things manageable on my end. Items must be returned in their original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was my mistake.
